At Design25, we are proud to be experienced high-end builders in Hertfordshire, specialising in exceptional residential design, construction, development and restoration. Every project is approached with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail, whether we are creating a new home, transforming an existing property or undertaking sensitive heritage work.
Our work on The Mill House in Ware Park, a Grade II listed Hertfordshire property dating from the 1700s, received recognition from the Hertfordshire Association of Architects. The project reflects the same standards we bring to our work as Hertford builders, luxury property developers and specialists in high-end residential construction.
Design25 combines architectural thinking with construction expertise to deliver beautiful, practical homes designed around the people who live in them.
As experienced luxury home builders, Design25 manages projects from initial concept through to construction, finishing and interior design. Our approach combines the expertise of a luxury house builder with the vision of a property developer, creating distinctive homes that respond to their location, architecture and the individual needs of each client.
Our work includes custom designed homes, new-build properties and one-off residential projects. As bespoke home builders in Hertfordshire, we believe the best homes begin with strong design and continue through careful material selection, precise construction and considered interior detailing.
For clients seeking custom built luxury homes, our turnkey approach allows design, development, construction and interiors to work together as one coordinated process.
